The ground floor has a lovely furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large eating corner and a toilet. The living room includes a sitting area with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and video, music and book library. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, and some other smaller, like coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. Moreover, at the ground floor, but with a private entrance, there is a kind of a studio: one spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with a dining place for two people.

The upper floor is mainly constituted of sleeping areas. More specifically, it includes four master bedrooms, the 3 of them with double beds and the other one with twin beds. It also has a drawing room equipped with a sofa bed arranged into two single beds. This level has also two bathrooms with shower. The house provides free Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned. Furthermore, washing machine, floor fan or ceiling fans, baby cot, highchair, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are available.
