Castelli Cottage has Five-bedroom and accommodate 10 people.
Olive Press has One-bedroom and accommodate 3 people.

Check in – Check Out
Check in time is at 15.00 pm and check out is at 11.00 am.
Please let us know in advance if you are arriving after 11:00 pm so we can arrange the check in services.

Prices
Prices quoted are per day and per house, not per person and they include all the facilities of the apartment and local taxes. The cleaning take place every 3-4 days, where sheets and bath towels are changed. Pool towels are changed every 7 days and are not allowed to be used on the beach.
Included
Prices include linen, bath towels and poll towels.

House Rules
Children should be around the pool only under their parent’s supervision.
The pool and the barbeque area are shared between both houses.
So, they should be used them from the guest under the rules of kindness, respect and good manners.
Pets considered after asking the owner.
Events and parties are not allowed.
Car recommended. It is better to use small cars or jeep, due to the virgin area.

Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit can either be paid by PayPal or bank transfer.
50% of the remaining amount should be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We follow a full money back cancellation policy, provided if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date and 50% money back provided if you cancel between 59 and 30 days before your arrival date. After those days there is no refund.
