Pool towels are changed every 7 days<\/p>\n

and are not allowed to be used on the beach.<\/p>\n

Children should be around the pool only under their parent’s supervision.<\/p>\n

The pool\u00a0and the barbeque area\u00a0are\u00a0shared\u00a0between both houses.<\/p>\n

So,\u00a0they\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0used\u00a0them from the guest\u00a0under the rules of kindness, respect and good manners.<\/p>\n

Pets considered after asking the owner.<\/p>\n

Events\u00a0and parties\u00a0are not allowed.<\/p>\n

Car recommended. It is better to use small cars or\u00a0jeep,\u00a0due to the virgin area.<\/p>\n

BOOKING POLICY:<\/p>\n

50% of the remaining amount should be paid 30 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

After those days there is no refund.<\/p>\n
