It is composed of two attached buildings. The one was built during the late 19th\u00a0 century and the other during the Interwar period. But, in a manner of fitting-out, both buildings function as one house.<\/p>\n

So, our house is about 186 sqm, spread over 2 levels<\/b> and can offer space for up to 10 persons<\/b>. The kitchen<\/b> is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as refrigerator\/freezer, electric stove, and some other smaller, like coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. Moreover, at the ground floor, but with a private entrance, there is a kind of a studio<\/b>: one spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with a dining place for two people.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/12″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”5\/12″][vc_column_text el_class=”h16″]UPPER FLOOR[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”p15″]The upper floor<\/b> is mainly constituted of sleeping areas. More specifically, it includes four master bedrooms<\/b>, the 3 of them with double beds and the other one with twin beds. It also has a drawing room<\/b> equipped with a sofa bed arranged into two single beds. This level has also two bathrooms with shower. The house provides free Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned<\/b>. The sunset from the place is magnificent!<\/b> But, the small pool<\/b>, a level higher, is awesome! It exudes a charming sense of coolness and wellness! As well, at the site of the pool culminates the charm, the tranquility and the beauty of the landscape. With salt electrolysis, no chemical additives<\/b>: clear, odorless, safe water.
